欧語法律論文の検索

法律分野における海外の索引誌には優れたものがあります（これらについても、［10］の連載３回目（法学教室213号）において解説されています）。
英語論文については、
［301］Legal Journals Index
［302］Current Law Year Book
［303］Index to Legal Periodicals
［304］Current Law Index
［305］Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals
［306］Index to Periodical Articles Related to Law
［307］Annual Legal Bibliography
などがあります。
このうち［301］と［302］はイギリスを対象とするものです。［301］は月刊で、著書・雑誌論文・判例評釈の検索が可能ですが、北大にはありません。［302］はMonthly Digestを集成したもので、項目別に著書と雑誌論文の情報が掲載されており、巻末に著者名順の新刊書リストがあります。
また、［303］と［304］はどちらも英語で書かれた雑誌論文を対象とする月刊の索引誌ですが、［304］の方が載録対象誌が多くなっています。しかも［303］は北大では継続的に収蔵されていません。［305］は、英米法圏以外の諸国の雑誌論文を載録対象とするものですが、英米の雑誌に掲載された国際法や比較法をも対象としています。［304］および［305］は、書誌として法令判例室東側に配架されています。［306］は、法律雑誌以外の雑誌に掲載された法学論文を対象とするもので、［303］～［305］がカバーしているものは除かれています。ただし、［306］は北大にはありません。［307］は、Harvard Law School Libraryによるもので、月刊のCurrent Legal Bibliographyもあります。著書と雑誌論文の検索が可能ですが、北大では継続的に収蔵されていません。
ドイツ語圏では、

などがあります。［314］は、記念論文集についての書誌です。［310］と［313］～［315］は北大では継続的に収蔵されていません。［310］が図書館本館書庫にあり、［308］が一般の洋雑誌の扱いであるほかは、すべて書誌として法令判例室東側に配架されています。
フランス語文献については、
［316］Bibliographie juridique generale
がありましたが、現在は継続していませんので、［305］で代用することとなるでしょう。
また、加除式の法学百科事典である、
［317］Encyclopedie juridique
［318］Juris-classeur
の参考文献欄を利用するという方法もあります。どちらも、法令判例室西側に配架されています。
ＥＵに関しては、
［319］European Legal Literature Information Service
［320］Legal Bibliography of European Integration
があります。［319］は、法律雑誌、記念論文集、学位論文などから載録するものですが、北大にはありません。［320］は、Court of Justice of the European Communitiesによるもので、著書および判例評釈以外の論文を載録対象としています。［320］は、図書館参考閲覧室北側の国際資料室に配架されています。
また、
［321］Notes : references des notes de doctrine aux arrets de la Cour de justice et du Tribunal de premiere instance des Communautes europeennes
によって判例評釈を探すことができます。［321］も、図書館参考閲覧室北側の国際資料室に配架されています。
［322］European Legal Journals Index
はヨーロッパにおいて英語で書かれた論文の索引誌です。
政治学については、

が図書館本館参考閲覧室に配架されています。
なお、
主要な法律関係書誌について解説した「書誌の書誌」として、
